Mr. Sibusiso Thusi, Chief Transformation Officer of TTCSA, brings over 25 years of senior management experience in the hospitality and tourism sector. With a strong track record in driving transformation and sustainable growth, he has held leadership roles that bridge strategy, operations, and industry development.
He holds an LLB from the University of South Africa, a Program for Management Development (PMD) from GIBS, and a qualification in Hotel Operations Management from Wits Technikon.
Passionate about tourism development, Mr. Thusi is committed to advancing TTCSA’s mission of transforming the South African tourism industry, fostering inclusivity, and creating long-term impact across the sector.

Kristen Landsberg is an award-winning strategist and respected leader in stakeholder engagement, economic inclusion, and business transformation. She currently serves as the Stakeholder Engagement Executive at the Tourism Transformation Council of South Africa (TTCSA), where she leads national eorts to align policy, industry, and community interests—advancing inclusive ownership, procurement, and skills development across South Africa’s tourism sector. Recognised for her contributions on multiple continents, Kristen brings a globally-informed, results-driven approach to every initiative she leads. She has held executive and directorship roles across the private sector, with a career spanning infrastructure development, ESG innovation, youth development, and investment facilitation. She is also the social spokeswoman for the South African Chamber of Commerce in the USA (SACCUSA), where she advocates for bilateral trade, strategic partnerships, and South African business competitiveness on the international stage.
Kristen’s work is grounded in transformation, sustainability, and equity— driving collaborative solutions that unlock opportunity and build lasting value for historically excluded communities.

Nthabiseng Ndhlovu is a skilled professional with a strong foundation in the banking sector. She brings valuable experience in financial services, operational planning, and strategic implementation—skills that are critical to supporting TTCSA’s mission of driving inclusive transformation in the tourism sector.
With a track record of delivering results across both corporate and developmental contexts, Nthabiseng is passionate about building systems that are accountable, transparent, and aligned to national transformation objectives. Her background in banking includes work in credit, compliance, and client relationship management, giving her a unique lens on financial inclusion and sustainable enterprise growth.
Nthabiseng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from CIDA City Campus, as well as a BBA Honours degree from MANCOSA. She is committed to continuous learning and ethical leadership and plays an active role in shaping data-informed, impact-oriented solutions within the TTCSA ecosystem.

Kamogelo is a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager supporting the operations of the Tourism Transformation Council of South Africa (TTCSA). With a strong sense of professionalism and efficiency, Kamogelo plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative functions across departments—managing schedules, preparing documentation, coordinating internal logistics, and maintaining stakeholder-facing professionalism.
Known for their reliability and proactive work ethic, Kamogelo contributes meaningfully to TTCSA’s transformation agenda by enabling seamless internal coordination and creating a supportive, well-organised work environment. Her background includes administrative experience, customer service, and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Celine is a motivated and passionate intern at the Tourism Transformation Council of South Africa (TTCSA), where she provides support across multiple work-streams—from research and stakeholder coordination to event planning and policy support. With a keen interest in inclusive development, tourism innovation, and public-private partnerships, Celine brings fresh energy and a learning mindset to the team.
